What is included in the room rate?
Room rates include : buffet breakfast, parking, access to the private beach and pool, use of lounge chairs on the beach and by the pool, beach towel, bike rental, VAT, Sky Vision Gold in the room and complimentary Wireless Internet access throughout the Hotel. Half board rates include dinner in our elegant Restaurant “Ipanema”.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, you can. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and CartaSi, American Express and Diners.
Is it safe to pay by credit card?
Since all sensitive data is encrypted to keep it protected, the hotel room reservation process is absolutely safe. Your credit card details (number and expiry date) are required to guarantee your reservation. The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card prior to arrival by pre-authorizing the price of one night stay, as a guarantee in case of late cancellation or no show. Reservations made with credit cards that are incorrect, invalid or missing details will not be confirmed – and therefore not guaranteed.
How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
Upon completion of the booking process, you will receive an email confirmation listing the details of your reservation.
How can I cancel/modify my reservation?
All reservations made through our website, except special promotions, can be changed or cancelled until 4pm two days prior to arrival without penalty. For all other offers, please refer at all times to the individual cancellation policy.
What happens in case of no show, early departure, late cancellation or changes?
In case of no show, early departure and/or change/cancellation after 4pm two days prior to arrival, a penalty of up to 3 nights’ accommodation will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. For all other offers, please refer at all times to the individual cancellation policy.
What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in time is 4.00pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is 11am. If you have any special requests, please notify our staff beforehand, they’ll be delighted to help.

Do you have parking facilities? What is the cost?
Private parking next to our hotel is available to all our guests free of charge.
Do you provide baby cribs in the room?
Yes, we do. For children under 2 years old, a comfortable crib can be arranged in the room. An extra charge can be applied. For children from 2 to 12 years old an extra bed is available with an extra charge.
Do you offer services for the physically challenged?
The Hotel offers 2 large Family rooms for the physically challenged in the adjoining building, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance and a large elevator with access to all floors. If you have any special requirements, please contact our staff.
Does the Hotel have smoking rooms?
Please be aware that all bedrooms at Park Hotel Brasilia are non-smoking
Do your rates include breakfast?
Yes, our International breakfast buffet, with a wide choice of pastries and salty delicacies, is included in the rate.
When is breakfast served?
Our signature International breakfast buffet is served every morning between 7.30 am and 11.00am, and can be enjoyed poolside on our magnificent terrace.
What are the restaurant’s opening hours?
Our Restaurant Ipanema is open for lunch from 12.30pm to 2.30pm, and for dinner from 7pm to 9.30pm, offering a rich à-la-carte menu and wine list.
Can you accommodate guests with special dietary needs?
In order to meet the special dietary needs of our guests we also offer organic and gluten-free products.
Does Park Hotel Brasília provide internet access?
Wireless internet access is available in the rooms and throughout the Hotel free of charge for the duration of the stay. Please contact the Reception to obtain your password and enjoy limitless internet access.
How much do you charge for internet access?
Wireless internet access is absolutely free for our guests at Park Hotel Brasilia.
Do you allow pets in the Hotel?
Small dogs are welcome at Park Hotel Brasilia! We are happy to welcome your traveling dog companion. Please notify us at the time of the reservation. The surcharge amount is 25€ per night and it will be applied up to a maximum of 4 nights with an added 80€ for final cleaning. A small-sized dog (up to 15kg) per room is admitted. Kindly note that all other types of pets are not accepted.
How much do you charge for the lounge chairs by the beach?
The lounge chairs and umbrellas by the beach are available free of charge exclusively to our guests at Park Hotel Brasilia. It is required an extra charge only for early reservations.

Do you have a kids club in your hotel? How much does it cost?
We regret to inform you that, according to recent measures regarding social distancing by authorities and to ensure maximum safety to our Guests, we had to temporarily suspend our Miniclub service. However, we offer a Babysitting Service on request, available from June in small groups and with prepared eductaors. For further information regarding kids’ activities and hours of operation please visit our dedicated section.
Do you have rooms with sea view?
All our rooms have one/two balconies offering direct or side sea view. Please contact our staff with any special request and to confirm availability.
