Als sehr positiv haben wir empfunden, dass wir am Tag der Abreise unsere Zimmer erst am Nachmittag räumen mussten. Das ist Service auf höchstem Niveau. Danke nochmals...dieses Hotel ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

Eccellente hotel con grande servizio e cucina , la spiaggia e' trascurata occorre effettuare servizio bar in spiaggia.

We (my elderly mother and myself) spent a wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was to our entire satisfaction and staff could not have been more attentive and professional than they are. Excellent breakfast and dinner in a nice surrounding. We warmly recommend this hotel!!!

Erstmalig habe ich mit meiner Frau Ihr Hotel kennengelernt. Vom ersten Kontakt beim Eintreffen bis zur Abreise war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit geregelt.Unsere letzte Jesolo Erfahrung im Vorjahr war das Hotel Victoria (auch sehr gut) . Bei Ihnen gefiel es uns jedoch noch besser. Es ist überall spürbar,daß das Hotel gut geführt wird.

Was angeboten wird, wird auch umgesetzt, vom freundlichen und kompetenten Empfang über das saubere und gepflegte Ambiente bis hin zur excelenten und Küche mit dem kompetenten und gepflegten Sevice.

Room was too small even it was in better category. It woul be much better if watter in pool was warmed.

Nous avons été très heureux de passer 3 jours dans cet hôtel avec une vue superbe de face sur la mer et la piscine. La gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel ainsi que du sourire naturel de tous nous a enchantés. Cet établissement mérite ses 4 étoiles. Nous y retournerons certainement. Un bon point également pour la direction qui est aux petits soins des clients qui se sentent ainsi chez eux. Seul petit problème, notre salle de bains assez petite n'avait pas de fenêtre ni d'aspiration apparente.
